Hamilton Company's 600 series line of syringes are extremely low volume line of syringes. The 600 series syringes are similar to the 700 series only with half the stroke length and a reinforced stainless steel plunger.

Microliter syringes are for use with liquids only. They incorporate a hand-fitted stainless steel plunger with a finely bored syringe barrel. These syringes are ideal for homogeneous samples that are not prone to precipitation or bonding with glass.
Under the proper conditions, plunger wear is minimal and the life of a Microliter syringe is almost unlimited. However, when using heterogeneous solutions with a Microliter syringe, the user must be especially diligent about cleaning the syringe after each use. For more information, see our Hamilton Syringe Care and Use Guide on properly maintaining our syringes.
In some cases, even diligent cleaning is not sufficient and the barrel will become soiled. The deposits on the glass will compromise the tight tolerances between the glass and the plunger resulting in a frozen plunger. Plungers for Hamilton Microliter syringes cannot be interchanged or replaced if damaged. For heterogeneous solutions, a gas tight syringe is the best option.

Hamilton Company's 600 series line of syringes are extremely low volume line of syringes. The 600 series syringes are similar to the 700 series only with half the stroke length and a reinforced stainless steel plunger.

The 700 series syringe is the original hand-fitted Hamilton syringe. This series of syringes is ideal for dispensing volumes from 0.5 μL up to 500 μL. A variety of different terminations and needle options are available in this series.

The 800 series syringes are the reinforced plunger version of the original 700 series syringes. Attached to the flange of the syringe is a blue Syringe Holder. The Syringe Holder provides a spot to hold the syringe that will not heat up the barrel causing dispense inaccuracies.

The 900 series syringe is the economical version of the 800 series syringe. This series of syringes is ideal for dispensing volumes from 0.5 μL up to 10 μL. The syringe holder is permanently attached to the syringe barrel.

The 700 series syringe is the original hand-fitted Hamilton syringe. This series of syringes is ideal for dispensing volumes from 0.5 μL up to 500 μL. A variety of different terminations and needle options are available in this series.
| Series | Syringe Volume | Model Numbers | Terminations |
|---|---|---|---|
| 600 | 2.5 – 5 µL | 62 – 65 | Removable Needle |
| 700 | 5 – 500 µL | 75 – 750 | Cemented Needle, Removable Needle, Luer Tip |
| 800 | 5 – 250 µL | 85 – 825 | Cemented Needle, Removable Needle |
| 900 | 5 – 10 µL | 95 – 901 | Cemented Needle, Removable Needle |
| 7000 | 0.5 – 5 µL | 7000.5 – 7105 | Knurled Hub |
